I LOVE what I do.
Throughout my life I've had a healthy attachment to sports and the outdoors, volleyball and swim kept me busy in grade school and hiking and cycling got me moving in college.
But, I've been on both sides of the health spectrum! Between balancing university and a full time job I managed to gain significant weight, developed high blood pressure and anxiety in my early twenties! Through that experience I was lead to exercise and nutrition science. In getting myself on track I learned manageable strategies for staying healthy and developed a passion for mental health and wellness.
Now, I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege and passion but also incredibly fulfilling. I’ve been helping clients in the OC area with their fitness training and transformations since 2018. As a certified and accredited Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, I firmly believe in the life changing benefits fitness brings to all areas of our lives. As a personal trainer I strive to build my clients up through positive reinforcement, strategic programming, coaching and tailored exercise plans. In addition to my personal training certification I specialize in:
