Personal training on demand. Let's meet for a total body circuit training session incorporating flexibility, strength, cardio and resistance exercises. In this 50 minute session we will complete a tailored fitness regimen designed to achieve your fitness goals. Additional 10 minutes provided for stretching, cool down and advising. Ask about the family or friend add on option.
